“The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men should do nothing.” – Edmund Burke

Abuse in any form and at any age is unacceptable and should never be tolerated.  Often times the victims of abuse are young and or impressionable and the abuser is a parent or has established some sort of trust with the victim.  The book, “Sheltered But Not Protected” is dedicated to those victims who were abused sexually, psychologically, or physically in an environment where they should have been protected from that abuse, places like churches, homes, and schools where victims are supposed to feel safe, sheltered from harm, and able to trust their authorities. Instead these authorities use that trust to exploit their victims and steal the very innocence that caused these victims to trust them.  The purpose of this website is to spread awareness and to speak out on behalf of those who feel like they don’t have a voice.  Thank you for stopping by.
